Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to service requests
• coordinate daily priorities with the maintenance team
• perform preventive maintenance and apartment make-ready repairs
• address electrical and plumbing needs
• maintain community appearance and records
• assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, inspections, and other tasks. Participate in rotating 24-hour on-call coverage and snow removal when applicable.
