What you'll do

• Support complex affordable housing transactions
• draft, edit, and manage deal execution
• work with partners and deal teams in Buffalo and New York City
• draft and negotiate purchase and sale, joint venture, loan, and organizational documents
• participate in training on affordable housing law and LIHTC financing
• supervise and collaborate with paralegals and junior team members
• build client relationships.
