What you'll do

• Perform fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting
• install internet, phone, television, and cable services in residences
• assist customers with services and equipment
• resolve onsite service issues
• coordinate with contractors and technical service teams
• install and service telephone, modem, and television equipment
• maintain fiber distribution hubs and cabinets
• support equipment and software rollouts
• follow company procedures and applicable laws
• provide after-hours and weekend on-call support.
