What you'll do

• Oversee daily front-of-house, bar, and kitchen operations
• serve as Manager-on-Duty
• maintain service and brand standards
• coordinate with department leaders
• monitor food safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance
• support inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
• address guest concerns and service recovery
• monitor financial drivers and cost controls
• supervise and coach team members
• support hiring, training, scheduling, audits, and operational improvements.
