Field Service Supervisor

The Field Service Supervisor role is onsite in Wilsonville, OR. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The supervisor plans, leads, organizes, and coordinates daily service-line crew operations. The role supports safe, efficient work by ensuring equipment readiness, accurate documentation, crew training, and completion of work to client requirements and company procedures.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily service-line crew operations. Check work orders, equipment, and work areas before jobs
• address deficiencies
• perform equipment maintenance when required
• complete and submit paperwork
• train technicians
• operate service-line equipment
• provide industrial services
• lead safety meetings
• direct and assist crew members
• and follow applicable compliance and safety requirements. The role may include rotating emergency-response on-call duty every other week and overnight travel up to 2–4 nights per month.
