What you'll do

• Process production work orders using FIFO.
• Load, wash, prepare, dye, rinse, dry, inspect, and package parts according to Standard Work.
• Verify dye bath parameters and perform refreshes.
• Operate automatic washers, dye tanks, and drying equipment.
• Maintain batch documentation and traceability.
• Inspect parts for color consistency and surface quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns.
• Work effectively with other operators to meet production goals.
