HVAC Service Technician — Residential Systems

Job overview

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Pawtucket, RI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an on-call rotation as needed. Pay is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses. CARJON is a locally owned Rhode Island heating and air-conditioning company. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs residential heating and air-conditioning systems, helping customers make informed service decisions. The role combines independent field work and customer recommendations with support from the service team.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air-conditioning systems.
• Provide customer service and clear recommendations on each call.
• Work independently with team support and provide the Service Manager feedback on training needs, inventory, and pricing.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
