What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate Personal Care Aides
• maintain the master schedule
• ensure care-plan interventions and required logs are completed
• participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings
• coordinate supplies and durable medical equipment
• complete and review EMR documentation
• audit PCA records
• conduct competencies and supervisory visits
• review timesheets, payroll, mileage, and expenses
• conduct home assessments
• collaborate on care-plan updates
• support quality initiatives and training.
