The Project Manager — Commercial Kitchen Equipment role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports AVANTI Restaurant Solutions’ sales and operations efforts by coordinating project delivery with internal teams, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors. The Project Manager oversees scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, delivery, and installation coordination to help ensure projects meet plans, specifications, and contract terms. Accurate documentation and stakeholder coordination support successful execution across multiple projects.

What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
• collaborate with subcontractors, general contractors, customers, and internal project teams throughout project phases
• coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of kitchen equipment and custom fabrication
• review and approve purchase orders and initiate project billings according to contract terms
• travel to job sites as required
• manage projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and contracts
• maintain complete and organized project documentation.

Why this role
