What you'll do

• Develop regional growth strategy
• identify and manage project opportunities from lead generation through contract execution
• build client and partner relationships
• lead RFP and RFQ pursuits
• coordinate proposals with estimating, operations, and leadership
• monitor market activity
• represent the company at industry events
• manage strategic accounts and revenue objectives.
