What you'll do

• Perform basic carpentry, glazing, electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs
• maintain grounds, including mowing and snow removal
• complete preventive maintenance and housing inspections
• assist with move-in, move-out, and annual inspections
• maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment
• address safety hazards
• prepare units for occupancy
• receive and complete or assign work orders
• assist with maintenance-material purchasing and inventory.
