What you'll do

• Plan enrollment campaigns and define audiences, channels, timing, and investment
• develop campaign messaging and creative assets
• maintain consistent branding
• manage marketing calendars
• support family outreach, tours, and onboarding
• develop employer-brand and recruitment materials
• coordinate paid media, vendors, website, social media, and events
• monitor campaign and event outcomes.
