Systems Engineer II

What you'll do

• Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, SonicWall, Duo, and networking technologies
• administer the remote monitoring and management system
• develop and document maintenance routines
• support WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• record work in ConnectWise Manage
• provide field troubleshooting and hardware support
• participate in hardware refresh projects
• accept helpdesk escalations
• and document processes and time.
