Job overview

The Program Director role is onsite in Greenfield, MA, with pay of $50,079–$52,139 per year. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with a 24-hour rotating on-call schedule. ServiceNet supports people facing mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, homelessness, and substance use challenges. The director oversees residential program operations and supports the safety, welfare, and meaningful participation of the individuals served. The role develops staff and individualized plans, maintains program compliance, and coordinates coverage and crisis response to sustain safe, supportive home and community environments.

What you'll do

  • Assist with program startup, including setting up the residence, furnishing, hiring, and program development
  • oversee program operations and licensing requirements
  • teach and model techniques for staff
  • oversee individuals’ daily welfare and safety, including nutrition, medical and dental services, social services, activities, and recreation
  • oversee money management needs
  • respond to crises through the rotating on-call system
  • arrange coverage
  • participate in team and individual service plan reviews
  • develop individualized goals, behavior plans, and safety plans
  • hold program meetings and maintain agency certifications.
