What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• support the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• assist with managing and escalating child behaviors
• attend required meetings, training, and professional development.
