What you'll do

• Write collision repair estimates using CCC One
• greet customers, assess vehicle damage, and explain repair processes and timelines
• communicate with insurance adjusters and manage DRP relationships
• process supplements and obtain authorization before additional work
• coordinate repair progress with production
• review completed repairs
• maintain records
• monitor KPIs
• stay current on OEM procedures and parts pricing
• work with accounting to finalize closed repair orders and work in progress.
