This role exists to implement and manage cost control processes, ensuring financial accuracy and project efficiency. The manager will analyze financial data, track budgets, and collaborate with project teams to maintain scope control and forecasting throughout the construction lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Works with financial systems, develops cost control proficiency, analyzes financial data, uses drawings for baseline data, assists in trending and forecasting, reviews contractor invoices, tracks labor costs, and manages change control.
