What you'll do

• Oversee pack-outs, pack-backs, cleaning, storage, and specialty handling
• maintain inventories, photos, documentation, labeling, and chain-of-custody records
• manage project scope and estimates
• coordinate crews, subcontractors, logistics, and timelines
• monitor quality and efficiency
• lead and train technicians and crew chiefs
• communicate with customers
• track profitability and operational measures
• and manage equipment, vehicles, supplies, and warehouse organization.
