Registered Nurse (RN), Minimum Data Set (MDS)

Uses independent judgment in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities of professional and supportive nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. Evaluates care provided to each resident and keeps care plans current. Serves as the direct lead for the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Assists in assessment and evaluation of potential admissions.
