Material Handler — Temporary Assignment

The Material Handler role is onsite in Ronkonkoma, NY, in the Production Department. Pay is $17.00–$18.50 per hour. The role keeps metal-fabrication production moving by routing completed parts to downstream operations, supporting machine loading, receiving freight, and organizing materials. It contributes to safe, efficient production flow across fabrication and assembly operations.

What you'll do

• Review work orders and job routers
• move completed parts to the next production step
• operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
• assist with loading raw materials and sheet metal
• unload incoming freight
• organize stock and parts
• manage scrap and waste
• support fabrication and assembly departments.
