What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians and direct day-to-day patient care
• coordinate workflow, staffing, and patient schedules
• perform and document dialysis assessments and treatment
• monitor quality metrics and patient response
• communicate critical laboratory values and emergencies
• educate patients and families
• support staff training, competency validation, care conferences, and QAPI
• float between facilities and travel to other locations as needed.
