What you'll do

• Coordinate daily finance team activities
• perform bookkeeping and QuickBooks data entry
• account for grocery funds and bank transfers
• prepare deposits and monitor bank accounts
• back up payroll processing, review and approve payroll files, and prepare deductions and liabilities
• assist with accounts payable
• process employee reimbursements
• update Zillow mortgages
• prepare 1099s
• maintain vendor relationships
• support finance projects and comply with 245D requirements.
