What you'll do

• Prepare correspondence and legal papers, including summonses, complaints, motions, responses, and subpoenas, under supervision
• review legal journals and assist with research
• assist attorneys in collecting employment, medical, and other records
• attend interviews, hearings, or depositions and take notes
• organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files
• process legal documents. May assist new lawyers with preparing court submissions.
