What you'll do

• Work independently in kitchen positions, including pantry and banquet, as needed
• assist with daily preparation and provide technique guidance and mentorship
• assist the chef with special dinners and functions
• develop daily features and special menus with chef approval
• assist with food requisitions and ordering
• and lead service when the chef is absent.
