What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, dietary requirements, and sanitary guidelines
• set up and break down work areas
• keep stations clean and sanitized
• collaborate with dining services for timely meal service
• check and restock food
• follow health and safety regulations
• participate in required food-handling and safety training
• handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals properly
• assist with kitchen operations as needed.
