What you'll do

• Conduct new-hire orientation and manage onboarding
• enter employee information into HRIS and maintain records
• process and audit timecards
• support open enrollment questions and forms
• partner with site leadership on onboarding, offboarding, and transfers
• coordinate workers’ compensation claim intake
• monitor FMLA, leave of absence, and short-term disability processes
• audit employment-law compliance
• advise employees and managers on HR policies
• assist with recruiting coordination
• conduct initial employee-relations intake and follow-up with the Regional HR Director
• support engagement, talent development, process improvement, HR training, and site projects
• analyze HR metrics and trends.
