What you'll do

• Direct daily facility operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• lead and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• support staffing, employee engagement, safety, and care quality
• maintain survey readiness and oversee Plans of Correction
• ensure HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and regulatory compliance
• review incident reports and support performance improvement
• serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer
• oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, financial reporting, deposits, and fiscal controls
• build resident and family relationships
• support admissions, tours, community activities, marketing, and public relations.
