What you'll do

• Pick up, transport, and deliver materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to assigned properties and vacant units
• complete scheduled property checks
• confirm doors, windows, and access points are secure
• identify visible damage or unauthorized access
• document visits with photos and notes
• communicate urgent concerns
• move, stage, organize, or remove materials
• maintain clean and safe company vehicles and equipment.
