Senior AI Agentic Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement production agent workflows, including single-agent and supervised multi-agent patterns with human decision gates
• integrate enterprise services and banking systems with error handling, authorization boundaries, and audit logging
• engineer retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• implement compliant memory and state management
• maintain evaluation harnesses and regression suites
• partner with AI Security on guardrails and security gates
• instrument agents for observability
• ship through CI/CD with feature flags, rollbacks, versioning, and runbooks
• lead design and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, debug failures, and coordinate with AgentOps.
