  • oversee field execution, functional performance testing, integrated testing support, and closeout
  • resolve complex electrical system issues with stakeholders
  • align work with scope, schedule, client expectations, and quality standards
  • communicate status, findings, risks, and recommendations
  • coach and prioritize work for electrical team members.
