Part-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant

The Part-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant is an onsite position in Milwaukee, WI, scheduled Mondays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM for eight total weekly hours. Compensation is $20.00–$26.00 per hour. The role supports patient care at Dental Associates, a Wisconsin family and dentist-owned dental group practice.

What you'll do

• Assist the provider during examinations, complex treatment, and surgery
• explain procedures and support patient education
• help update medical histories
• take blood pressure and radiographs
• monitor oxygen levels when nitrous or IV is administered
• make impressions and fabricate crowns as instructed
• prepare clinical notes and records
• prepare and sterilize operatories
• order supplies
• provide coverage for Dental Services Representatives as needed.
