What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned senior living properties
• complete month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• manage general ledger activity in Yardi
• analyze property financial results and explain variances
• reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts monthly
• support budgeting and forecasting with property operations and regional leadership
• assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and audit requests
• maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls
• support process and system improvements.
