What you'll do

• Design, build, and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines using Spark, Scala or Python, Java, and Kafka
• manage AWS and Cloudera lakehouse architectures using S3, Iceberg, and Hive
• implement change data capture and SQL integrations from Oracle and SQL Server into dimensional data warehouses
• automate workflows with Unix shell scripting and Python
• support migration of legacy Hadoop workloads to AWS
• monitor, troubleshoot, and tune JVM and Spark performance
• follow data governance and regulatory compliance standards
• collaborate with data architects, analysts, and platform engineers.
