What you'll do

• Support monthly close by preparing and posting journal entries
• prepare balance-sheet general ledger reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
• review returned client recovery checks and calculate refund, fee, and net amounts for Accounts Receivable
• analyze ledger activity and financial data for discrepancies
• maintain supporting documentation
• partner with Accounts Receivable and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• support audit requests
• participate in special projects and process improvements
• cross-train across accounting responsibilities.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; at least two years of professional accounting experience; and intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
