The lead coordinates contractors and maintenance work, performs repairs, and monitors facility systems to support safe, functional housing and resident satisfaction. The role also contributes to work-order management, inspections, budgeting, and contractor scheduling.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise contractors
• develop maintenance programs
• respond to maintenance requests
• oversee repairs and renovations
• inspect HVAC units
• maintain work orders
• assist with budgets and bids
• monitor fire, access, and building systems
• perform general furniture, plumbing, appliance, painting, and minor electrical repairs
• maintain inventory and conduct site inspections.
