Tower Foreman

What you'll do

• Supervise tower crews and site safety
• climb and work on towers up to 500 feet as required
• lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts
• interpret construction documents and RF specifications
• manage site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation
• oversee sweep, fiber, and PIM testing
• ensure safe rigging and hoisting
• conduct quality checks
• track inventory
• maintain equipment
• communicate job status
• train and mentor technicians
• travel regularly to job sites.
