What you'll do

• Stand in for the classroom Navigator
• create a rigorous but supportive learning environment
• use differentiated instructional strategies and adapt instruction to students’ needs
• support personalized learning and student growth
• work with other Navigators to continue learning when a Navigator is absent
• support and guide parents and students
• build effective relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and the community.
