Assistant Project Manager (APM)

What you'll do

• Organize files and distribute project information
• assist with project schedule trackers and material delivery sequences
• upload budget hours into shop accounting software
• organize contract revisions and supplements
• request clarifications on drawings and specifications
• review returned submittals
• maintain finish sample logs and requests
• process material approvals and revisions
• administer project drawings, change orders, and submittals
• coordinate communication to resolve issues
• submit shop drawings, product data, closeout documents, and LEED reports
• assist with monthly billings
• attend project and production meetings.
