What you'll do

• Provide direct 2:1 support
• assist with community integration and social activities and daily living activities as needed
• follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies
• build respectful rapport while maintaining professional boundaries
• document progress
• coordinate with supervisors, family, and support teams
• manage outbursts caused by seizure.
