What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and finalize federal and state individual income tax returns
• check returns for accuracy, completeness, and IRS compliance
• research and resolve complex tax situations
• provide technical support to preparers across multiple offices
• correct errors and rejected returns
• assist with amended and prior-year returns and IRS correspondence
• monitor workflow and protect confidential client information.
