Psychiatric Technician

What you'll do

• Provide uninterrupted visual observation of patients on Psychiatric Close Observation
• monitor and document behavior and changes in condition
• report safety concerns promptly
• follow procedures for patients at risk
• maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• assist clinical staff with a structured environment
• follow facility and security policies
• complete required documentation and training.
