What you'll do

• Prepare and distribute production schedules and work order packages
• review box orders and cart work orders for scheduling information
• prepare work orders and graphic orientation forms for inventory stock
• maintain records of completed production and Assembly and Packaging work orders, including first-piece inspection tags
• provide completed packages to Shipping for verification
• identify authorized work orders
• send daily material requests to the Raw Material Handler
• respond to order and schedule questions
• help convert paper records to digital files
• provide related administrative support.
