Vendor Compliance Agent

The Vendor Compliance Agent role is onsite in Miami, OK. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The position supports gaming operations for the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma. The agent coordinates with gaming vendors and tests and tracks electronic gaming machines and software to help ensure compliance with applicable tribal, state, and federal gaming requirements. The role also maintains records and participates in vendor-related audits to support the integrity of gaming facilities.

What you'll do

• Establish contact with gaming vendors and serve as the main communication link between vendors and the casino
• maintain vendor logs
• receive, test, and track electronic gaming machines and software
• ensure compliance with NIGC and Oklahoma regulations
• coordinate installations, updates, conversions, machine changes, and removals
• conduct follow-up testing on machines and servers
• maintain activity and testing files
• participate in vendor-related audits
• attend training. The posting requests a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and preferred gaming experience.
