What you'll do

• Supervise Utilization Review Specialists
• manage telephonic health plan interfaces and provide clinical information developed by treatment teams
• oversee departmental responsibilities, performance evaluations, and workflow approvals
• compile and manage utilization review data
• communicate with families, community partners, and service agencies
• maintain confidentiality and follow JIAC and KVC regulatory procedures
• participate in treatment team meetings and staff conferences.
