What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside glazing crews
• install storefronts, curtainwall systems, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, ACM panels, skylights, and other components
• plan daily work and assign tasks
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• coordinate schedules, materials, manpower, and site conditions
• enforce safety policies
• train crew members
• maintain jobsite organization
• communicate progress and issues to management.
