What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, operational areas, and perimeter locations
• verify credentials and document visitor and vehicle activity
• maintain daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records
• communicate professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders.
