What you'll do

• Deliver friendly, proactive guest service
• follow operating procedures and safety standards
• answer guest questions and resolve concerns
• maintain clean, organized work areas
• operate department equipment and point-of-sale systems when applicable
• perform opening, operating, and closing duties. Depending on assignment, duties may include operating rides or attractions, processing transactions, preparing and serving food and beverages, promoting park offerings, and maintaining inventory and equipment.
