Reporting to the CFO organization, the role supports Relias’s enterprise data strategy and its mission to help healthcare and human service organizations improve outcomes. The director establishes enterprise-wide governance, stewardship, master data, and information practices that create trusted definitions, reporting, and data accountability. The role also leads data governance support for privacy operations and the DSAR operating model, coordinating with business, technology, legal, privacy, and security partners to maintain data inventories, quality, lineage, and lifecycle controls.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the enterprise data governance operating model, stewardship framework, councils, and ownership processes
• establish business metric definitions and a business glossary
• develop master data strategies and stewardship responsibilities
• set data quality, metadata, catalog, and lineage practices
• maintain enterprise data inventories and maps supporting privacy and DSAR workflows
• coordinate system-owner attestations and data lifecycle governance
• support privacy-platform evaluation, configuration, testing, deployment, and handoff
• train data owners and stewards and develop governance playbooks.
