Scale House Operator — Night Shift

What you'll do

• Probe, test, sample, and scale inbound loads
• verify outbound product, quantity, and destination
• conduct product tests and complete load paperwork
• monitor production belts, screens, hullers, bins, and other equipment
• report breakdowns and repair minor issues when able
• maintain housekeeping and prioritize employee and food safety.
