What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• monitor and record vital signs and report significant changes to nursing staff
• assist with safe transfers and mobility
• serve meals
• assist in urgent care situations through communication
• provide individualized support
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.
